Jen Collins

Jen joined Practical Law after more than 10 years' experience in private practice working at Thomson Geer Lawyers (formerly Herbert Geer Lawyers) and for in-house legal teams in varied industries including sports, travel, education and e-commerce. Jen has advised across a broad range of commercial matters, including supply of goods and services, consumer contracts, risk management, intellectual property, privacy, sponsorship and technology. Jen also has experience in workers' compensation litigation.

Joanne Dunn

Joanne is a solicitor and registered Trade Marks Attorney, with more than 15 years’ experience practising at top-tier and boutique law firms and as in-house counsel for an ASX listed entity with international operations. She has also worked for a government regulatory organisation. Joanne has experience in intellectual property and all areas of trade mark law, and commercial practice including contracts, marketing, compliance and consumer law.

Louise Sinclair

Louise joined Practical Law after more than 15 years in legal practice working in commercial and health law for both the government and in private practice including at top tier law firm, Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst). Louise is a subject matter expert on data protection and privacy laws and is a current member of the NSW Law Society’s Privacy and Data Law Committee. Louise’s expertise also includes advising across all areas of commercial and business law especially in the context of the provision of medical and health services including advising on major projects, information technology and outsourcing and goods and services contracts.
